Fixmerce processes CSV files, product images, and PDFs locally in your browser. Files selected in the core tools are not transmitted to Fixmerce servers.

Information we handle

We process the technical information needed to operate and secure the website. If you create an account, we process your email address, a securely stored password hash, account status, and saved preset data. Billing is handled by Stripe; Fixmerce stores subscription status and Stripe customer references, not payment-card details.

Analytics and advertising

Analytics and advertising are separate, optional preferences where configured and never prevent file processing. Analytics events are limited to product interactions and do not include file contents, filenames, CSV values, image content, or PDF content. Advertising is limited to eligible Free workspaces; Fixmerce Pro is ad-free.

Your choices

Your choice is saved in browser storage. Reopen privacy preferences using the footer button to change it at any time. For privacy requests, use the contact channel published on the Contact page.
